Admission and Document Preparation
Our experienced staff help the student in preparing a good application with all the required details makes a positive impact on the institution. A good application increasing the possibility of securing admission and also marginally reducing the inconvenience that the university might have to face for reasons as missing documents or incomplete application. However, the students are often unaware about the application procedure and the documentation to be submitted. Our counselors assists all the students with the precise documentation required to be submitted along with the application forms.

Pre-Visa Counseling & Documentation
Once the student has received a Study Invitation Letter or Acceptance Letter from the University through us, one of our experienced staff will discuss with the student on how to apply for his/her visa.

Booking Of Airline Ticket & Travel Assistance
Desson Educational Support Services assist the candidates in airline ticket booking through different travel agencies at a discounted rate. If the student decided to purchase the ticket his/her self, we must be informed of the flight details (flight number, date and time of arrival, city of arrival and name of airport) one week in advance before departure.

Accommodation
We assist our students in airport pick-ups, accommodation, etc. We provide detailed information to the students, with respect to their University accommodation, Hostel facilities, Booking, Payments, etc.

An Overview Of Requirements For Admission (For Nigerian Candidates).

1. All copies of academic documents (original and 2 photocopies) notarized by a notary public/ lawyer i.e. Secondary School Testimonial, WAEC or NECO Certificates. At least 5 O'level Credits etc, for Undergraduate course, At least Bsc for Post- graduate course in a related course of study.

2. Copies of birth certificate. (original and 2 photocopies) notarized by a lawyer.

3. A copy of the data page of applicant's international passport notarized by a lawyer.

4. A comprehensive copy of your curriculum vitae including 3 courses you are interested in studying in order of priority.

5. 8 passport photographs.

All application to study in Ukraine is handled by a central body which is the Ministry of Science and Education in Ukraine which gives instructions on the issuance of the study invitation letter.

Next Stage - While the applicant is waiting to have his/her study invitation, we advise our students to be preparing other documents required to have a visa.

The other Documents required for the issuance of visa are:

• Medical Overseas travel Insurance Policy valid for 1 year by LEADWAY ASSURANCE CO. LTD
• Age Declaration and Confirmation by National Population Commission, Abuja.
  
• All original documents, Birth Certificate, School Certificates and Testimonials must be endorsed by the Ministry of Education. After that, an authorization letter will be issued to the applicant.
• The medical Certificate of fitness must be carried out by ECHO SCAN at Abuja, it should be attested by the Federal Ministry of Health, Abuja.
• Medical Certificate of Fitness at Federal Staff Clinic, Abuja ( Ministry Of Health).
• Sponsors documents which are sponsorship letter, bank statements , Tax Clearance and reference letter from the bank.
• International Passport.- One year open return flight ticket. All documents must be translated into a Ukrainian or Russian Language at the Ukrainian embassy, Abuja.
• Visa application form
• Additional 1 Passport Photograph.

All the above documents must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

After issuance of visa, in order to enter the territory of Ukraine, and to be admitted into the University, a student must have the following documents:

• His/Her International Passport (it’s validity period must not be less than one year), plus one year UKRAINIAN entry visa.
• Original invitation letter issued by the University.
• Insurance Policy.
• Medical Certificate of Fitness to confirm the applicant’s FREE from HIV/AIDS.
• One year open ticket.
• Birth Certificate, School Certificate and other used documents at the time of visa application ( All documents must be translated into Ukrainian or Russian ).
• Arrival/Departure Immigration card (must be filled in by you at the airport upon arrival in Ukraine).
• Tuition Fees
  Tuition fees varies from courses to courses, university to University within Ukraine . There are some schools in Ukraine charging between $4,000 to $5,500, including accommodation fee. Preparatory courses are at the range of $3,500 to $4,000, it really depends on your University of Choice. This excludes the cost of living, Living cost depends on your life style. All fees are due upon arrival in Ukraine.

• School Invitation Fee (Application Fee).
  
• A cost to cover a courier service such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX, EMS, etc from Ukraine, where the application is been made, this is to ensure your admission letter comes quickly.
  
• A cost to cover email attachment, sending of fax, international calls.
  
• A cost to cover Hand bills, Radio, Television advertisements, to keep you aware of the updates.
